We pride ourselves on providing a professional service for all types of pest problems, including: Rodents, Mice, Common Clothes Moths, Indian Meal Moths, Garden Ants, Pharaoh Ants, Carpenter Ants, Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, Wasps, Fleas, Fruit Flies, Silverfish, Crawling insects, Carpet Beetles, Pigeons, Foxes and Squirrels. We cannot treat for Bees or Spiders.

This depends on the type of pest being treated, the size of the property and level of infestation. Anything from 10 minutes to over an hour.

What do I need to do before and after treatment?2020-03-13T12:55:34+00:00

We provide information sheets for the relevant pest, that detail pre and post treatment instructions. There are some treatment programmes that don’t require anything doing before or after.

The treatment process completely differs from pest to pest. We will send you a detailed explanation of the relevant treatment programme and our technicians will advise and update you through their electronic reports and site visits.

Why does it take more than one treatment in some cases?2020-03-13T12:57:14+00:00

Depending on what pests are being treated, it may take anything from one singular visit to regular routine visits. This is because with rodents for example, materials need to be checked regularly and removed from site in accordance with the law. With insects, more visits are required to help control all the life cycles, to limit the chance of re-infestation

Are treatments safe for pets, children, pregnant women etc?2020-03-13T12:57:37+00:00

Yes treatment will be safe. Please alert us beforehand, so we can take precautions and advise accordingly. Pets, children and pregnant women will not be present in the treated areas during or after our visits, and therefore aren’t at risk.

What happens if I continue to see pest activity after treatment?2020-03-13T12:58:19+00:00

Unfortunately, there are a few circumstances in which this can happen. We advise making sure you have carried out our recommendations, and if so contact us on 0203 472 7338 as there could be many reasons for pests returning.

Our technicians are RSPH2 qualified in Pest Management or above. (Royal Society of Public Health).
